My dad recently bought a second hand SEAT from Sims Suzuki. What a great experience from start to finish. During the sales process they were incredibly patient and accommodating, especially as my dad is hard of hearing, making sure he was comfortable and fully understood everything without ever being pushy. He did have an after sales technical issue. However, the team handled it swiftly, professionally, and with absolutely no quibbles. It is so refreshing to deal with a garage that genuinely stands by its promises and has the personal touch. Thank you to Ben for handling the sales and after sales comms, and thanks to the servicing team who picked up the car, sorted the problem, and returned it back to dad. Your efforts made all the difference.
